Abstract
This study was carried out to examine availability and usage of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities in Nigerian universities. The survey design was adopted. The instruments used was a structured questionnaire (r=0.87) which was administered to the participants to collect data. Data collected were analysed using simple percentages. The results revealed that students’ level of ICT usage was high, while the level of availability was very high also. Consequent on these findings, the study recommended that government, as a matter of urgency, should ensure that more ICT indicators are made available in the Nigeria universities and should also put in place effective policies and legislations that will remove all barriers to the usage of Information and Communication Technology in order to encourage the usage of the provided ICT indicators.
